Delivery & Shipping Times
At LR.uns.Auto, we ship all orders quickly and reliably.
After successful receipt of payment, your order will be processed within 1–3 business days.
The average delivery time is:
- Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–14 business days
Please note that public holidays or high order volumes may result in slight delays.
Shipping Carriers
We work with DHL, Hermes, and other leading logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.
Shipping Costs
- Within Germany: Free shipping on orders over €100
- Under €100: Flat shipping fee of €6.90
- International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Delays & Non-Delivery
If your order arrives late, we kindly ask for your understanding.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs inspections or logistical issues.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Customs & Taxes (Outside the EU)
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
